Course Curriculum Overview :

Cyber security is an emerging branch of IT in M.tech and thereby the curriculum for this course aims at guiding enthusiastic candidates in becoming cyber security professionals so that they can serve the country.

Placement Experience :

Number of companies such as AKS IT services, tevel cyber corps, fiserv, reliance jio and many more have been participants of campus drives conducted in the college. While the entry pay maybe less, after few years, there's a lot of scope in this field.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

This may seem a bit too much and expensive fee to be paid. Students from general and OBC category have to pay INR 55000 while from SC/ST INR 47500 at the time of admission in the first semester. For the rest semesters, the amount is INR 35500 for gen and OBC and INR 32500 for SC/ST candidates, to be paid each semester.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There's certain scholarship program provided to minorities based on their annual income and some other stuff. Apart from this, there's earn while you learn program too, where financial assistance is given to students in need in exchange of assigning them some of duties.

Campus Life :

Cyber times is an initiative by M.tech students in order to keep everyone updated about the ongoing with regards to the cyber security issues around. Also, sports events namely kripasth is conducted where various sports such as chess, carrom, badminton etc are played.

Admission :

A candidate should possess a B.tech in CS/IT or M.sc in computer science or an MCA, either of these will do in order to sit for the entrance exam for this course. Also, they should've secured a minimum of 55% aggregate in any of he above courses.

Faculty :

The college has made sure to recruit those professors who can make the students really understand their subject and help them dwell a little deeper into it in order to make a difference by applying it in the real world out there.
