Remarks :

There are hardly any bad remarks about my college as it is 40 year old institution and I am too small of a person to judge it, also they are developing infrastructure day by day. students are also reaching out to us for help as we are alumni now.but I would like to suggest a little more towards the development of entrepreneurship skills

Course Curriculum Overview :

University college of engineering is the hub for civil engineering students as almost every student gets a job when they pass out from UCE. moreover, many students are working with state and central government organisations in departments such WRD, CPWD,NHAI, PWD, NAGAR NIGAM etc.

Placement Experience :

The placements were awesome.I had two jobs in my hands when I passed out of college.one private company job in Era group and other teaching job in Apex college of engineering as lecturer. at present, I am working with Punjab national Bank as an officer as a public sector employee

College Events :

Fest by electrical branch-luminaire, Mechanical branch- Pinnacle Civil engineering-benchmark Fresher's party named-Aayam Annual college fest-Anukriti University level fest-Thar Teacher's Day celebration Alumni day celebration Sports day celebration Hostel day celebration Vivekananda Jayanthi celebration include some of the fests celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is very feasible as the college provides subsidy on fee being a government college that's why we had to pay only rupees 30000/- a year plus 4000/- a year hostel fee plus 1200 per month mess fee. it's as feasible as it can be.fee had to be deposited thourough Challans only

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, I didn't need to opt for any education loan for such meagre amount of fee. college did offer me best facilities at cheapest rates

Campus Life :

Gender ratio was adequate in our branch as well as in college almost 40 percent students were girls.there is no such thing as ragging slot eve teasing there. teachers are very strict and security is also very tight in the college however positive gestures were always welcomed by teachers.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes I did stay in the hostel for a period of 4 years.hostel rooms were spacious and we were allotted separate rooms had basketball court facility as well as WiFi facility. cleanliness was adequate building were old but strong.overall hostel life experience is very good here.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors offered great help when it came to placements and workshops.the also tried to convince their companies for the same.I remember the time when students needed contacts for summer training.our seniors did offer us great help

Admission :

Got admitted thourough RPET-2011 exam which is a state level entrance exam, used to conduct in month of April every year and results used to be declared by july first week I got all Rajasthan 3300 rank and got admitted on 08-08-2011 in civil engineering which is the best stream of this college.

Faculty :

Each faculty of our college was an alumnus of Institutions like IIT's having 20 -25 years of minimum experience.also having the best teaching methodologies.all of them believed in practical mithods of teaching we had to spend 4-5 hours everyday in labs.in the classroom they used to help every student with same dedication. Field visits were also very common.

My view for college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be eligible for placement. TCS ,META etc. Companies visited every year. The highest package of my college is 10 LPA. And also average package is 2.50-3 LPA. Only 20-30% student s get placement from college but in textile branch placement ratio is 90-95%

Student Councelling is best.

Placement Experience:

In the beginning, I was preparing for the Govt. job but At the time of placements I had done my CRT training properly so due to that I got placed in Pinnacle for my Autocadds performance and I was very good at AutoCAD at the time of placements this was all possible by my respected teachers and I don't Forgoted their efforts on us.
