Remarks :
I feel so grateful to admit in this college as I have seen other college students who are not aware of what to do for their career. The college is much frustrating for first year students as they had to attend classes from 8am to 5pm many times.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Theory subjects of Rajasthan Technical University is being taught in Course Curriculum which is not of use rather than just passing University exams. Instead of standard University practical subjects, the college teaches new technology to students. Students has to give 2 mid term exams each semester plus one final semester University exams including practicals.
Placement Experience :
My college don't provide any internship opportunities. I got my internship through reference of director sir. I has to work remotely on a stipend oh 10k per month. Various companies comes to college for placements like metacubes, mind tree, juspay, app-perfect etc. But the opportunity of placement is limited to just computer science and electronics branch and branch students has to find their path themselves.
College Events :
Events celebrated in my college are Fresher's party, Annual fest called techfest, farewell party for recent passed out students. Techfest is the most interesting event of our college. It includes various competitions like roadies, treasure hunt and also sports events and at the end, dj night is organised.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Its expensive as compared to other colleges in udaipur but its still feasible. It costs 42,000 for odd sem, 35,000 for even sem, 55,000 for hostel and 12,000 for bus services. The fees is feasible for a middle class student.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college provides application of student loan in bank of baroda without any guarantee. College provides TWF seats to some students on basis of their marks which costs minimal amount of fees. Moreover, government provides scholarship to ST/SC students.
Campus Life :
The college don't stress much on extra curricular activities. It organises sports events only once in an year and there is no sports period in a week time table. The college believes more in technical development of a student.
Hostel Facilities :
Its not the best hostel I have seen. The hostel has a capacity of about 120 students, and the hostel provides just the facility of meal. Washing machine is provided only to girls hostel and boys has to manage washing of clothes on their own.
Alumni/Alumna :
Senior students are really helpful when juniors asks for help and also a really good company. There is no tradition of raging in my college. Juniors and seniors collaborate many times like in volunteering in college events and to participate in hackathons like Smart India Hackathon.
Admission :
I didn't had much knowledge of REAP. I got my admission in the college on the basis of my 12th and JEE Score as seats were remaining that time in Computer Science stream. I just had to fill an admission form and submit admission fee.
Faculty :
Faculties are strict when it comes to attendence and semester scores but they are helpful too when students need help. The faculties of my computer science branch are really friendly and flexible to students.
