Remarks :
Need to improve the students teacher ratio. We have good management system. Need more stipend based courses. A best college surrounding is a good remarks for students to enjoy the college life.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have semester system with an yearly board exam. We have 9 semester with 6 month internship program.each semester contain 100 working days including practical session. We have subjects like anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, livestock production management, animal genetics, veterinary surgery, gynecology, clinical medicine, preventive medicine, veterinary pharmacology, pathology, parasitology, extension management, animal breeding and statistics, with extra Caricular like NCC, NSS, SPORTS.
Placement Experience :
We have 6 months internship program included in the syllabus with internship allowance. Internship will be conducted within kerla. We have to work and make experience in all farms and hospital including rural and urban areas for the experience development.
College Events :
There are lots of events we celebrate like interclass arts. Interclass sports, intercollegiate arts, intercollegiate spots, union innaugration. College seminar, university photo capture competition, college bird watching, drawing competition, dance competition, ladies hostel day, men's hostel days, teachers day celebration, onam, Chouristmas celebration etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It's not expensive as government provide money assistance for students and many scholarship programmes. Government provide money help for students with low financial background. And also there is single girl children scholarship. There are lots of scholarship provided by alumni for students those who exel in academics.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am other eligible caste student. Hence I have government stipend for fee and expensive provided by kerla government. And they provide e-grants as scholarship. It help me as a financial assistance for studies and make free from stress for money. For scholarship provided by college student have to exel in academics and also need attendance percentage.
Campus Life :
We have a good campus with more enjoyable things. There are more opportunity for students to explore college life and for making a lot of college memmory. As we are professional students we spend our golden period in college this we make a good bond with college faculty. And apart from academics we have lots of extra Caricular like Nss, NCC, SPORTS, AND other clubs like acting club, reading club, dance club, music club etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes. We have both dormerty and single bed system. In each room with 3 or 4 student with good room space, cupboard etc. Common bathouroom system. All time water available, good hostel surrounding near to college that we can co to college by walking. There is no hostel fee only mess bill that we paid each month in advance.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes have many facility to connect with our senoirs and alumni. They also made many student scholarship project for students those who exel in academics.
Admission :
Love and care for those who can't talk made me to choose this course. Best facilities, laboratory, college surroundings, extra Caricular, best teachers, practical classes, lecture classes, seminars, good teacher student relationship, earn while you learn projects made me to choose this college. For admission first we need to clear Kerala entrance for medical courses. Then choose the course for study according to your rank
Faculty :
Tentative number of faculty 300,yes we have experience based studies, faculty hierarched as assistant professor, head of the department, assistant tutors etc. We have a advisorship system with a faculty as advisor of 5 students. That advisor will be responsible for those 5 students for the whole life in college. Hence if we need any assistance in academics or mental support we can approach the advisor firts for the help.
