Remarks :

Faculties here are not given the repect that they should be given. College don't let students to decide or question at their decisions. At the positive side of things college provides funds for startups. Nothing more to say.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course structure is excellent i would say, but the schedule of the classes makes the day tiring. Exam structure is very relaxing lab exams are also condicted here and assessment is done. Labs are well equipped

Placement Experience :

Placement here is an sweet and spice story. There were many companies like wipro, infosys, cognizant, mindtree and many more like these came But the packages are too low to be considered. Otherewise placements are good except providing packages below par.

College Events :

Talking about fests there is technical fest vidyantrik which consist of many events including prize money to encourage students. Cultural fest is a dive into joy for the students here Particapation is done by colleges in the Bhubhaneswar region.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is feasible, scholarships are also available. The process of fee payment is a little more complicated. College takes fee foe the ssepl which is an career oriented training program. It also includes hostel fees.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Student loan from any bank is acceptable here. There are many good scholarships available for students whose father's income is less than 5 lakhs. My friend has also taken scholatships and college us well aware and supportive about it.

Campus Life :

Labs weren't equipped a year ago. But now Every labs are equipped fairly well with trainers and knowledegeable persons are there to guide us thouroughout the session. Sports here is an excuse from studies. Girls are also intrested in such activities which is good for college.

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors are helful here not always but yes they are. Alumni here are respected any welcomed. It is a good thing that they are being given good treatment. But they aren't allowed in cultural fest to attend.

Admission :

I got admission thourough ojee ranking. Odisha jee is an examination for the engg. colleges in Odisha. I had to register myself after which counselling happened and my addmission was done. There is no such interview process.

Faculty :

Faculty are not that much exprienced. The exprienced faculties are leaving college. They are supportive enough to guide thourough the semester. However our college provides fund for startups. Anyone willing to or having an odea of starting startup here it is a good option.

NIT Rourkela: The Blazing Ground for Opportunities.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the last year of their completion of the course, although most of us got the PPO (Pre Placement Offer) before the campus placement at the end of our internships. This year (2022) 325 companies visited for campus placements and a total of 1,274 offers were made. The highest CTC offered was up to 46 lakhs rupees and the average CTC offered is 11.2 lakhs rupees for the software, core and analytics companies combined. Some of the companies which offered the handsome packages are Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Oracle. Overall approx 93 per cent of students are placed during this year's campus placements.
