Remarks :

Everything was good regarding our college management.

Course Curriculum Overview :

They will guide you will work successful employee. They are having much exposure in the automobile industry. You might get placed in MNP automobile company with good package. ABT parcel services are one of the reputed company as well as ABT cars services also a good organization.

Placement Experience :

Good. Minimum 80% of students might be placed in software industry like Infosys, TCS, etc., 10 to 12 percent of students might be placed in their core companies.

College Events :

Every year started with freshers day. After that, the events are celebrated per month minimum of one. Each celebration will be conducted in Apj hall which was a big one. It doesn't have any pillars. Sports day will be celebrated in-ground everyone should participate in any one event.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As per the government fees structure fees will be collected. It will be around, 1.2 LPA approx., Hostel fees will be around 25000pa approx., mess fee will be divided basis which will be around 1500 pm approx., only vegetation food will be provided. They will give the bill the exact amount that they have collected.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes, I opted education loan for rs 300000 for 4 years. The loan can be taken up to 300000 colleges will arrange to get this loan.

Campus Life :

The campus was good and big one also the environment in Pollachi was really awesome. 60-40 gender ratio will be available in our college. The anti-ragging committee is ensured that no ragging was performed inside our campus. Browsing was permitted up to 0000hrs every day. All religious students were studying here.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes. The hostel was a very big one. I haven't seen this much big hostel before that and even after that also. Hostel life was one of the best life for everyone. Yearly once hostel day was celebrated which was a memorable one. Big Ground was available inside the oval hostel.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni students were in touch they are also conducting functions every even. We guys will give some money to our college for our college development.

Admission :

Tamilnadu engineering admission every year government will conduct in the month of May. Based on the mark secured in HSC you will get the seat. Maths, physics, chemistry, and computer/biology marks will be taken into account. Based on the above cutoff mark will be fixed.

Faculty :

Each course has at least 2 Ph.D. staff as well as 6 to 10 M. E holders. Each staff member was a student of Ph.D. scholars. Everyone will guide you to get good subject knowledge, as well as one lecture, is available to teach Hindi and extracurricular activities. Good exposure in the industry.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
