I like my college. I am happy and proud of where I am.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Yes, it is relevant and fair. We are given projects which prepare us for industries. We also have a full semester given for internship purpose. The faculty members are very supportive and they help us in our personal projects as well. They teach us how to be independent and face any scenario and deadline.
Placement Experience :
Yes, I am currently doing my internship. We are given one complete semester for that. The faculty members and placement cell put in a lot of efforts in getting us the best companies and offers.
College Events :
We have a sports event where all the symbiosis colleges compete in all kinds of games. Then we have a cultural festival called Reverb where all kinds of talent are welcome. We have a technical fest where different departments compete and showcase their technical strength. We again have a sports festival where again the departments compete in all kinds of games. The fest is called Protathilis.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Feasible all modes of payment are accepted that is check, NEFT and DD. They take semester cise fees making it easy for the parents to pay. No additional charges are paid except the fees. College provides complete transparency in the breakdown of the fees.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yes, the college provides scholarship to the 3 toppers. I have not opted for any loan and hence I cannot write much in this matter.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is amazing. It is one of the most beautiful campuses in India. The facilities are amazing. The ratio is also fine. Sports is one of the best things at the campus. All the extracurricular activities mentioned taking place. It helps in the overall development and making the most of these four years.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facility is wonderful. They provide us with everything which is required. The rooms are also spacious and cleaning facility is wonderful. Our hostel caretakers are also understanding and help us with everything. They have been taking care of us a lot.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes, there is a network. Every year there is an alumni session as well for students. We also have buddy sessions where the senior's helo. In general, there is a good relation between seniors and juniors.
Admission :
Because I wanted to be an IT Engineer. In Maharashtra, SIT is one of the best colleges with amazing experience and faculty. Everybody is so supportive and helps in the overall development. The process began after the SET marks came. The admission happens in the month of June and the session begins in July.
Faculty :
They are wonderful. They support us a lot. They guide us in the right direction and tell us all the pros and cons. They also keep a track of each and every student and don't give on anyone. Other talents are also encouraged by them and they help in the complete growth of the student.
