Course Curriculum Overview :
Our syllabus was updated as per the latest market trends in the market. For the first two semesters, we learned briefly about the general MBA subjects like management and financials of a company. During the third semester, our curriculum was more oriented towards the specialization part which was Human Resource management in my case.
Placement Experience :
Our college has a decent placement record. From my batch, 60% of the students were placed. Many went to join their family business. The highest package secured by a student from our batch was around LPA which is on par with some of the best B-Schools in India. Accenture, TCS were among the top recruiters form my batch.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
My total course fee was 68k, which was to be paid on a semester basis. The fee structure was very much feasible for me but the facilities they provided us were just 'okay' and could have been better. Overall with the level of teaching and industry exposure we got I was pretty much satisfied with the fee, especially since there were no hidden charges.
Campus Life :
Human Resource Management program was one of the finest programs of our institute which triggered the blending of different cultures. Our college believes in the celebration of life and almost all the festivals are celebrated with utmost joy. My personal favorite was the Holi celebration. All of our labs are digitized and had all the advanced tools for an advanced learning experience.
Hostel Facilities :
We were offered accommodation facilities at pretty nominal charges. Rooms were available on a double sharing basis and they had regular connectivity of water, wi-fi, and electricity. Our stay was pretty comfortable at the hostel. I made a lot of friends and created some of the best memories of my life.
Admission :
The entire admission process is pretty stringent. I applied to the college via online mode. My MAT scores were pretty good and I uploaded the documents with my application. The next step in the selection process was the counseling round including an interview round which was pretty intense. They grilled me on the topics from my graduation and my managerial skills. Overall it went well and post that I was granted admission.
Faculty :
We had a pool of adequately qualified faculty members. They all had a plethora of corporate experience under their belt. Especially the HR faculty was very supportive and they prepared us to deal with industry professionals and the importance of ethical practices in a workplace and how to deal with delicate situations. Faculty to student ratio was only around 1:8, which facilitated the professors to allocate adequate time to each student.
