Course Curriculum Overview :
Our curriculum was customised as per the industry standards and updated as per the latest industry trends. Over the past few years, technology has literally taken over the corporate by storm and has changed the entire marketing landscape. Our curriculum included 9 subjects per semester, which included only both core and elective subjects. We also studied additional subjects like one language subject, business communication, behavioural science, etc.
Placement Experience :
Around 75% of the students got placed in our course. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month and the highest salary offered is Rs. 70,000 per month. Top recruiters include companies like Paytm and BYJU'S which recruited students from my department for profiles like business development manager, consultant, sales manager, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
For my two years International program, I paid 4.4 lacs annually, which means around 8.8 lacs in total. Since it was an International course, we got an international trip and laptop and endless other perks. Above all, the exposure we received above par in terms of many private institutes.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Our university offers scholarship on the basis of merit for the students from a financially challenged background. Students who score more than 90% marks in the graduation can avail fee relaxation of almost 80% from their total course fee. Continuation of this fee relaxation will depend on the academic performance of the student during the course.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facility is also provided by our college, though the hostel stay was a bit expensive. AC Hostel would cost you around 1.5 lacs annually while non-AC hostel would cost you around 1 lacs. Hostels are available on a double and triple sharing basis, which also affects the hostel charges.
Admission :
Students seeking admission to the MBA - the International program must have an aggregate of 50% in graduation. The respective application process is as follows: You have to appear for a management entrance exam and apply at the college with your test scores and respective academic details. I applied with my MAT exam scores. Fortunately for me the cut off during my batch was only 70%. I received a call after a few days from the college to attend the counseling round. From there on it went pretty smoothly.
Faculty :
Teachers are very helpful at our university. They are well educated and knowledgeable. Teachers are the best part of our college, and they treat students like their children, and I am very happy with the teachers. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
