Graduation and Master's

Remarks :

I would give my college a good positive response as my masters college, infact university is way too good with well equipped labs, so I would rate it 4. 5 Stars but my graduation college was not so much up to the mark so I would rate it 3 Stars.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is good as it covers all the topics required for UGC net exam. Our final semester exam are written. Labs are performed regularly in both masters as well as graduation college. And day spent is buzzy and sometimes hectic.

Placement Experience :

There are no placement opportunities provided by both my graduation as well as my masters college. In cas of internship our faculty members of masters college helped us, as I did my internship from Indian meteorological department Delhi but my graduation college doesn't provide any opportunities for internship. Overall my experience was good in internship.

College Events :

There are various events celebrated which include university fest that is SPANDAN and various other events which include festival celebration like Holi Diwali, etc and in case of graduation college various festivals are celebrated. Both college include fresher as well as farewell parties.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is feasible as I paid Rs. 30000 for my 3 years graduation (Chaudhry Charan Singh University, Merrut)and Rs. 14000 for my 2 years masters(Central University of Haryana). I paid Rs. 70000 for 3 years and in masters Rs. 5200 excluding mess for 2 years.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have no Idea about any sort of scholarship as I have never applied for one. But our faculty members as well as the administration would provide details about the scholarship and loans which can be granted from college bank.

Campus Life :

Labs in both Graduation as well as masters are well equipped and well maintained. In case of sports our graduation college is lacking behind but in case of masters college we have boys and girls both teams. Gender ratio is very much equal in both cases, there are students from various other states and region with different cultures who are welcomed by our university.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel accommodation is based on marks in case of masters and hostel in both cases are well equipped with WiFi and rooms are clean. I paid Rs. 70000 for 3 years and in masters Rs. 5200 excluding mess for 2 years.

Alumni/Alumna :

Our seniors are very helpful may it be from our graduation college or master's university, there is no room for ragging, infact our seniors guide us with proper notes as well as for further studies, together we all enjoy our time in positive way.

Admission :

I got admission through CUCET entrance exam in masters and in case of graduation I got admission through 12 th score, that is merit list. There was no such interview but there was counselling done by college faculty.

Faculty :

Maximum faculty are PhD degree holders and some are net qualified but are very helpful in case of studies as well as cooperative in both my college. They all have their own branch of study but are always ready to help and guide us with their knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum in MSC Zoo in igu contains biochemistry, biotechnology, invertebrata, cell biology, biostatistics, and mentor-mentee meetings along with different seminars. Its good as it gives overall development in the field of zoology. Teaching methods are also good which include smart classes, labs, practicals, assignments, and presentations. All classes are held every day. Teachers are present regularly and For further academic pursuits, doing msc in igu is a good idea. The timing of exams is after every 6 months generally and regular tests, competitions, and quizzes are organized. However, for a student a break should be there between various lectures but it is not there. All classes are held after every 1 hour which doesn't give free time to students.

Admission:

I got admission in college under my course with a degree in the relevant department with a minimum of 50% marks. I filled in the online application form and gave the entrance test, which is an offline exam by MDU, Rohtak.

Placement Experience:

The college does not offer internships, but has a placement team that trains students for a better future. The college’s mission is to engage students in industries, NGOs, companies, and other private sectors by building confidence to face the world.

Admission:

After completing my graduation, I wanted to pursue my masters in Chemistry. CBLU seemed to be a pretty nice option for me, as it offered the course I desired. The admission procedure is quite simple, you get admitted on the basis of your graduation score.

Placement Experience:

The placement drive of college guides students to take different paths in future. Many students got placed in institutes and organizations. Some students went for their further studies. The college team works to get their student positioned in decent jobs and always there to support them. Internships were not provided but many students joined private internships.

Admission:

The admission process is quite nominal. One needs to have a minimum of 50% in graduation along with one need to appear in KU CET. Then, all one needs to do is to apply online and go through the counseling process.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell do work for providing good internship opportunities. Although the overall scenario is only satisfactory, my seniors do managed to get placed in good product base companies. If you have some connections with alumni, they also might help you in getting internships.
