Remarks

Overall the college is good but if you study regularly and attend the classes. There is a good chance to get an excellent hand in treating people and learn the things which are needed to cure people.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course structure is very good. One have to study for 4.5 years and then 1 year compulsory internship has to be performed to get graduation certificate. But the exams schedules are hectic in first and final years. 2nd and 3rd years schedules are chilled.

Placement Experience

5

Yes, the college provide internship for 12 months after the completion of the course and the internship is compulsory. And yes as the course is MBBS. So there is always 100% placement as per the interview you want to give to the place you want.

College Events

3.5

Republic day, Annual fest(college week), Freshers ceremony, Teachers day, Saraswati puja, Cricket tournament, Football tournament, Independence day, World health day, World diabetes day, World AIDS day and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive, the fees per year for our batch was 5.13 lakhs during admission including all the fees and hostel mess charges, security money. The tution fee is 4.88 lakhs per year where the hostel, mess fees, library charge and other extracurricular charges all are included.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no such loan facility offered by college. You can get a good amount of scholarship if you are SC, ST, OBC from respective corporations. Others can also avail NEC, ESM scholarships after getting approved by the college. And anyone can avail study loan for the course from any bank or corporation.

Campus Life

3.5

Everything is good. There is a separate ground for all sports including cricket, football, volleyball and other extracurricular activities. Otherwise there separate competitions are arranged during college programmes. Labs are also good and scientific with all required instruments which give you a better aid to study.

Alumni/Alumna

No alumni is there but there is a student council which is formed every year by selection from all the students. This council conduct the programmes. But to be honest the seniors here are very helpful and help in studies as well as in labs,in wards to learn the practical things.

Admission

Selection in NEET UG, then attended counseling of Tripura state domicile seats according to state rank and got admission to this college according to state rank. Regestration was done before separately.

Faculty

4

Facilities are very good. Very knowledgeable. Especially some departments are best in here, like medicine department. It's best here in Tripura. But other faculties and departments are also too good. And as a doctor. They are very well handed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS gives a hope of job security first, also the fee structure is bit less as compared to the other private medical colleges in India, there is a strong hospital setup along with our college gives us varied experiences in learning medicine, improvement should be made in the field of extracurricular activities which is bit less there , there are 3 exams in a year and along with a university exam afterall. Difficulty level is average

Placement Experience:

We are placed in the hospital during the internship on how good knowledge we have based on giving good treatment to the patients. The salary, in the beginning, is good and as the experience increases, we can even open our clinic or even hospital or work privately too. Placement in many renowned hospitals is quite so easy thought AGMC college and they give much money to work as a doctor. Like private Institute provide freshers 30-40k per month salary and govt are giving little bit low salary per month. But after 1year this salary increase.

As mentioned above, this is the kind of college you should choose with only with the thought of getting a MBBS degree. There's no provision any other way to entertain you. One can play sports in the field which is not at all maintained. Everything apart from Studies and clinics is below standards but that's what you're here for, right.
