Remarks :

There a good diversity. Less no. Of Students in a batch makes learning process more efficient. And helps you to get highlighted. The campus is conversion of a old resort to a college. That is the only negative aspect.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is very well designed. We are provided with all the knowledge that we need on feild. We have a Trimester pattern. 3 semisters each year. This course is for 2 years. The course is not hectic as its just 5 days working. But it sometimes gets hectic at the end of the trimester.

Placement Experience :

This campus has history of 100% placement. They even provide you internship at big companies like LandT, Tata, vestian global,DLF etc. Stipend depends on each company. Some companies give were as others donot. Average package for a fresher after placeis 5 lpa.

College Events :

As this campus is small there are not much events. Inkarno being the biggest fest, which happens in February. Around 500 students from around Goa participate is it. A event called setu nirman also takes place which is a conference.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is bit expensive. It costs around 10 lakhs for 2 year course. But if you are good enough you can get a good package. Currently the economy being slowed down, it is a risk to take a loan and join NICMAR.

Fees and Financial Aid :

College has a good facilities of scolarships where they give scolarships to first 10% ranking students. The first ranker from all the campuses gets his trimester fees waved off. Along with this there are many more scholarship that can be found on college website.

Campus Life :

There are not much extra curricular activities in this particular campus. Few Sports competition and workshop take place. The Gender ratio is 1:8. We have students from all the corners of contry. There is a good diversity of cultures.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel fees cost upto 3600 per month. Its a twin sharing based rooms with attached toilet for each room. All the students can accommodate in hostels itself. Mess is compulsory with hostel which cost about 210 rs per day. The mess and hostel room qualities are average.

Alumni/Alumna :

College interaction with senior are dependant on each batch. Some batches have great rappo where as some dont have much. But the college activity and fests help the batch mates to come together. Seniors are always helpful. Not much alumni networking.

Admission :

Admission process runs in 3 rounds. I had applied in second round. First we have to give an aptitude test. One the same day there is an interview by faculty of the college. We get to know the results in a week. I chose this college as it is one of the best institue for construction management in India.

Faculty :

The faculty is well qualified and have a good experince on feild. Learning gets fun as they keep giving practical examples from their experiences. Even all the faculty members are available to help whenever needed. And show interest in teaching

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite relevant and comprehensive, covering a broad spectrum of topics that align with current industry trends and academic standards. One of the specific aspects that influenced my decision to choose this course was it's emphasis on practical application alongside threotical knowledge. The curriculum effectively bridges the gap between classroom learning and industry requirements, allowing students to develop critical thinking and problems solving skills essential for professional success. However, there are areas for improvement for instance, guest lecture from professional could enrich learning experience and provide insight into current practicee.Additionally while the course covers wide range of topics could benefit from deeper exploration.Regarding the frequency and timings of Exams ,they are generally well-structured, allowing adequate preparation time

Remarks:

It's a good college for bca across the nagpur city that I have experienced. The main thing in this college is it is very strict for students it doesn't allow the students to bunk lectures and go home in middle hours it's very seriously about that you need proper get pass for leaving in middle hours and the college takes it's lectures regularly. That's what I like about the college.thank you
