Remarks :

There should be something like college life, They should remove so, me restrictions. Then it will be good.

Entrance Preview :

Entered through PET ,Rank 1728, I had been there for an event when i was in class 9th,I was impressed with the infrastructure on the first phase and then had read about activities of college like T&P Trainings, Placements. The College has a good Repo atleast in Chhatisgarh.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Management tries to teach like students the same way we were taught in school with same strictness,Homeworks, assignment, keeping track of attendence, its totally school kind of environment. If you are more likely of spoon feedings in most of the cases. Yes this college is for you.

Internships Opportunities :

No internship facilities as per my knowledge. May be they have added this feature now. But seems very unlikely possible.

Placement Experience :

They provide us Industrial training arrangement by calling a electronics company trainers in college itself. It was for 4000 Rs for 45 days. Similarly they arrange training placement classes cost around 7000 Rs including the Campus Exam fee. Package ranges average around 3.5 LPA.

College Events :

They have a magazine called BEACON, Events Like Annual day VYOM, Lakshya Many HR conclaves, Band Concerts, Many intercollege tech fest and interschool competition event is organised every year. They have recently started the culture of conducting the alumini meets in metro cities like bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune. Also whenever they get chance they do conduct events. They are very concerned about social networking stuff.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Its Expensive, They have many kind of special fees attached. Also if you are planning to go for the college hostel then it is again expensive. They have attendance fee, Late fees, If you have not given exams then fees for that. It usually take full year fees together at one time.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Standard scholarship for branch opener is provided but after checking the family income. Loan facility is available.

Hostel Facilities :

Girls hostel is inside Campus, You can call it a jail, You have to struggle a lot to get the permission to go out even on weekends and forced to do purchases inside college shop which is again expensive. College food is good as compared to other college.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni Network is activated, They organise events in different metro cities. They request there alumni to give guidance to the upcoming batch.

Exam Structure :

It was very hectic days in college which could be explained by the statement "My school was more peaceful than college". RCET follows strict rules and regulation in terms of everything. We had semester system and had internal pre-sem,mid-sim ,end sem-exam

Faculty :

Most of the faculties were good but at the same time, we faced difficulties with other faculties who were not capable of teaching(Teaching is other than having knowledge, you know everything but you failed to explain then you are not a good teacher). Almost all

Placement Experience:

The placement is not good un the college. Students are advised to find there own job before completion of the course. The highest package was 3 Lpa and average is 2.4 Lpa. Students have to learn and create skills to get placed in well companies.

Placement Experience:

Many top companies visit the campus every year to recruit students for various positions. The placement process at NIT Raipur is managed by the institute's Placement Cell, which conducts Placement Drives, pre-placement talks, and sessions. In general, students become eligible for campus placements from the seventh semester of their B.Tech program, which means that they can participate in the placement process from the beginning of their final year. Several large and recognized companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, Reliance, ONGC, BHEL, etc. recruited the students for placements, and in the year 2021-22, a total of 738 offers were made.

Entrance Preview:

PET (Pre Engineering Test) was the entrance exam which was conducted across the MP state and based on the score I got into NIT Raipur.

Placement Experience:

There were no much placement opportunities. I applied through my own job search and through news paper adds. I got into flagship company of Birla group as my first job. Probably i was lucky to get 3 jobs before the results were out.
