Remarks :
For post graduation in maths its not good. For positive comments i can say there is good environment there in terms of discipline. Negative comments i can say there is poor guidance for higher studies. No journals in maths in library.
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are pre - semester exams sometimes but not always. Good to say that there is no cheating during exam. Course curriculum not so good syllabus hardly gets completed nearly 70%. Rest students have to do themselves.
Placement Experience :
Good placement only for computer science students. There is no placement cell for non medical. Especially mathematics students. No future in job there. Only IT or computer science students get placement opportunities.
College Events :
Annual day is celebrated in which prize distribution function also there. Some Science days in which we celebrate some science quiz or presentations by students mainly by Physics or Chemistry students only.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Feasible. But expensive compared to university. Fee structure is feasible but staff faculty is not so good as their fee. There is good transport facility of Auto Rikshaws. No transport bus by college. Fee is reasonable but services are not according to fee.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No i was topper so nominal reduction in fee. I got once a scolarship of 2500 in graduation. And in post graduation even though i was a university merit holder got 2000 concession only in fee. So scholarships are good only for SC students and is granted by govt not college.
Campus Life :
These are good. There is a college team of cricket, football, good ground and there are often many matches occuring. I had not opted for any game so i dont know about selection criterion very much but game activities were good.
Alumni/Alumna :
Not at all. Alumni meets started recently but not effectively. Senior students not helpful. There is alumni network now but not so good to help someone. College is mainly confided to help and take care of present students only.
Admission :
I just got admitted without any test just bought prospectus paid fee and got admission. There is no criterion for admission there. Only criterion is number of seats which are increased usually afyer admission.
Faculty :
Faculty for maths not so good for post graduation. There are not all questions from previous years described and solved in classes. Syllabus gets completed 70% only. Its hard to get any advice or guidance for higher studies like PhD.
