Remarks :

Attendance is main Concern in college. No strictness is there. Many of the students not attend the college. And most of the teacher use Marathi language. Which creates problem for outside Maharashtra students.

Entrance Preview :

I got direct admission in this college. This is a management course and I always thought abt management studies. This course have International business which has a great scope in future studies.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It is a very interesting course. The subject gives all the basics management studies of International business which gives interesting points and techniques.

Placement Experience :

Placement is not so good. As per my knowledge. Don't know about the companies.

College Events :

There is a Festival which occurs every year known as 'Karandak' in our college. Many celebrities come in college. This festival continuous till 1 week in Month of January.

Campus Life :

The campus is very big. If u walk through from one point to another u will definitely get tired. But there will be get atmosphere in that walking. There is Good gender ratio. Boys and gilrs are in good amount. Not so good extracurricular activities perform.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are average. All facilities are not provided as fees as per fees taken. But there is NRI hostel are also there for boys and girls except normal hostels. Which gives good facilities but fees are high. Mess is good. Clean nd serve tasty veg food.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Some alumni are helpful and co-operative.but some of them are arrogant seniors are like from different world they didn't show any quality of interaction with juniors.

Faculty :

The faculty here is very good and supportive nd help in each and every step.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bachelor of Business administration is course with 6 subjects per semesters and From 2nd year you have to choose one specializtion and from that year 4 subjects are common and 2 are special subjects. There not so much practicallity in course but ok .

Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The campus placements do come to for Somaiya colleges but they are not so good as the amount we are paying for the fees and the category that this college comes under they should provide at least average placements of 6 to 7 lakhs bare minimum but they do not provide that much higher placements even after paying so much fees and even after considering themselves that a very high level high profile college and university that is your relax today I appeared for an placement interview which was very unprofessional it was a campus placement it was very and professional and that will not even speaking in English it was for a cell strainy but it was not expected from the college side that they are conducting this kinds of placements

A great overall experience

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for the campus placements, many big companies visit such as Google, KPMG, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, JP Morgan, etc. The highest package is at a whopping 30 lakh and the average salary stays around 12 lakh. Most of the students get placed, my plans after getting the degree is to pursue MBA.

Excellency at its best

Remarks:

THe college in all is very good. There is nothing the college quite needs to excel at. I would personally like it if the college works a bit more on their placement activities and conducts them in accordance to the students. There an be a few infrastructural improvements too but those are in consistent progressions. I am glad I am a part of the UBS network and will definitely pass out as a happy alumni with flying colours.
