Remarks :

Fines and strictness are the main negatives of the college. Students have to be let free. Here they treat college students as school students with such strict rules. College management has to improve on these areas.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Its a 4 year course with 8 semester. 1st year is a combined examination for 1st and 2nd semester after that each semester examinations within 6 months time. There are also internal exams and labs and assignments.

Placement Experience :

Placements and job opportunities are ok but the main problem is that not many companies come to our college. Main recruiters are tcs but when tcs ckmes to one college no other big companies like Infosys comes.

College Events :

Technical fest, sports day, cultural fest, ieee events, nss events, department days, hostel day, annual day, onam, pooja, Christmas celebrations. These are the celebrations in our college. We also organize valentine's day.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Compared to government colleges fee structure is a bit expensive as it is a private college. Still not very expensive compared to some private universities and colleges. Fees include transportation or hostel fees also.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Top ranks in kerala engineering entrance examinations are given scholarships. Also loan facilities are also available at the college as it has a bank located within the college campus and they have tie ups with the college.

Campus Life :

There are extracurricular activities such as basketball, cricket and football. Also sports days are organized in a professional stadium, its a 2 day function. The labs are ok they have all the equipments and lab staffs

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network are available and they organize functions every year. The functions are usually hosted within the college campus during the month of Christmas vacation December. It just acts as a get together function.

Admission :

I appeared for kerala engineering entrance examination. From the rank list got admission. The exam was is may results were published on june and admission started by july and class started on august.

Faculty :

Faculty was ok but I feel it could've improved much better. Some are very friendly while others are not at all friendly. Also there are fine for each and everything. There is also dress code but no uniform.

The Rajagiri engineering experience

Placement Experience:

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
