Remarks :

I have had the best 3years of my life in the college. The only disappointment was the farewell. It was not organised peoperly and was not at all fun. However, we went out later and then celebrated on our own.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course I had was BA prog in HRM, so it was really great and beneficial. We had semester wise exams every 6months. The exams structure was really good as we had ample amonut of time to prepare and the timing was also very convenient

Placement Experience :

Yes, they do provide internship, every year there is a intership fair in our college in February and all the students are invited to it. Most of the internship are related to the NGO hence, no stipend.

College Events :

In my college there are 2events that are really huge and great that is fresher's party and the fest. Fresher's party is great and free for all the new kids. And the fest is amazing, it is for 3 days and on the last day of fest celebrity joins the event

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee is really low and is very affordable. It is around10-15k for almost all the courses for 1year as it is a government college. And it is very easy to pay the fees as it is paid online and you do not have to stand in any ques

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For the underprivileged students they provide fee discount. All you need to do is fill the form and submit all the necessary documents with it and they will waie off the fees for you. You can also avail the discount

Campus Life :

The sports program is really good. There is a huge ground for students to practice and a sports room for all the equipment. The labs are also very clean and good. And the best part is the societies like dance, dramatic, arts etc.

Hostel Facilities :

There is no hostel in the college but the college campus is reaaly great. It is one of biggest campus in the south and is very well maintained. The ground is huge to play football, and other sports. Tge cafeteria is also good

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes, all of them are very helpful. When you will visit the college for the first time to take admission you will see all of the seniors standing at the door helping and guiding you. They will help you through it

Admission :

Du release cut-off list and so my marks were eligible for this college for 5th cut off list. I simply went to the college and filled the admission form and submitted my documents and paid the fees online

Faculty :

The faculty was really good and helpful. They were very understanding and took care of students needs. They took internals as per the students convinent time as most of them were working. They gave good advise for exams

Placement Experience:

The Placement Cell of the college is very active. Students can avail themselves of the placement opportunities from the fifth semester. I have been selected as a content writer in the fifth semester. I was offered a 4.6 LPA in the esteemed company. More than 40 percent of students end up doing getting jobs. I have decided to earn some experience as a content writer and then apply for the MA journalism program.

Placement Experience:

For the courses like Architecture, Engineering, Law, Mass Communication, many big companies come for placements in Jamia. As my course is a Bachelors's subject under Arts, there aren't many placement opportunities. But I hope to pursue my Master in History after which I would try to get placed.

Placement Experience:

The placements for BA Program in particular are slightly lower as compared to other courses. Most students from the course opt for higher studies but the few who choose to sit for placements find it hard to land a job. Campus placements start in 5th semester and continue for the entire final year. A student is free to sit for as many companies as they like, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria like CGPA, course, etc. Most companies hire a maximum of 4 students owing to the small population of students at St. Stephen's. The highest package in 2021 was 18LPA and the average package is about 6 LPA-8 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Around 70% of the students get good campus placements, especially in the private sector. The average package for the students is 6,000,00 per annum. The highest package offered to the student varies between 25 lakhs to 35 lakhs. My plans are different as I want to pursue my higher education.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good. It has tie ups with reputed news channels. But in our course, the college does not provide internships, students have do it themselves and they have to prepare their own youtube channel for work.

Remarks:

The management is an equally hardworking and efficient team like the faculties. They maintain a good relationship with the students as well as with the teachers and are approachable for both the parties. Their functioning has ensured that the college runs smoothly in terms of presenting itself to others.
