Easy to reach. Best ambience. Natuarally bounded. Frirndly faculties. Best library facilitirs. Best physical education department. Gym. Best hostels fir girls and boys. Auditorium. play gtound. Sufficient parking area.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It sounds good. Kannur University is having a sound curriculam structure. And exams will be on semester basis of 6 month duration. Which is done very systematically and efficiently. Also keeping accurate timing on publishing result is one of the most efficient culture of the university.
Placement Experience :
Answer is Yes. But still college is lacking such opportunity building. May be in a Government collge its having certain leagal rule to overcome to conduct such strives. But also college is not hesitated to give opportunities to companies or agencies to vonduct their fairs at college.
College Events :
As the college is having one of the best unit of NSS and NCC all over the nation, colege is part of most national and state important days and activities. Also student union is effectively running by doing their works here.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee structure is most affordable one comparable to the private colleges. Still there is opinions on students and student federations that fees are a little high. But whatever the studrnts not bothered about these because above 90% of the students are availing scholarship in most government colleges. they never paying any tution feesea directly.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I never availed any suvh benefits as i am coming from a economically efficient family. Almost students are aviling scholarship facilities which is driven by state and central governments. There is no need of seperate loan facilities to study on a government college.
Campus Life :
Extra curricular activities are encoraged by college. And students are taking very higher interest in such things. Every facilities are controlled by several departmrnts. We have physical education department to co ordinate such activitirs. Also have NSS and NCC units.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted gor hostel as i was placed nearby town whivh is 10 kilo metere diatance only from college. As government is controlling these institutions the hostels are maintained perfectly as to my knowledge.
Alumni/Alumna :
Have no comments on the alumni network as i am not a part of thus to now. there were some programms conducting in the name of alumni students. like charity works. infrastructure building. and there will be mrmbers in PTA.
Admission :
Application for the admission is through single window process maintained by Kannur University. And publish merit based allotment lists. There by candidats can admit to the college to which they are allotted.
Faculty :
Faculties are employed here by public service commision of kerala. So the qualification of favulties can not be questioned. And here we have the best experienced and matured faculties available with proficient knowledge.
