Remarks :

College has a well developed infrastructure and facilities like transport,laboratory etc.Good supportive faculties are the main highlights of the college.College drives each student to achieve their goals .

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course food technology focus on improving the skills in technical fields through practical laboratory.They conduct two internal exams in each semster.There are two semester exams in each year.Laboratory semester exams are also conducted

Placement Experience :

Yes.the college provide huge placememt offers.They bring many companies to the college.They also make necessary arrangememts to provide internships to the students.The internship offer provided by the college was good.Stipend amount was also given.

College Events :

Many events and seminars are conducted in college in collegelevel and department level.The main annual event is celebrated at once in a year.Many traditional events are also celebrated.Seminars,workshops are also conducted.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee steucture is feasible .They also provide concession to students based on their income.Fees can be paid step by step.No need to pay the full amount in a single payment.Those who fail to pay the fees can get duplicate hall tickets for writing the exam.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have availed the mcm scholarship through my college. College provides good facilities for applying for scholarship and loan.There is a separate section in office for applying for scholarship.Student who need to take the loan can get the necessary certificates from office.

Campus Life :

College has good lab facilies with all equipments.Sports facilities are also good.College gives special attention to extracurricular activities.Many cultural and sports events are conducted.College has a well developed indoor stadium and outdoor stadium.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network are excellent in the college.They conduct a meetup and programmes every year in college.Senior students are supprotive and friendly.College is entirely ragging free.Seniors help us in our academics throughout.

Admission :

I came to know about this college through a consultation agent.Then i got admision in management quota on the basis of cutoff mark.College authority had gone thorugh my 12 marks for granting my admission.

Faculty :

Faculties are really supportive to the students.They guide them really well in doing project works. They take good classes also.They try to clear all the doubts of the students.They are really hardworking.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
