College Events :

There are many events celebrated in our college in fact we have the separate community for events and that too for sports there is a different community and for the cultural programme, we have a different community We have Weekly cultural events Weekly activity Sports meet yearly. An annual fest Alumni meet and there are many different events on the festival.

Hostel Facilities :

The total fees are 58000 rs per year. The hostel is well maintained with good infrastructure. It has wifi facilities along with that they give permission to use laptops in the hostel. About food, the food provided by them will be like Heaven, three days in a week they provide non-veg, Monday they provide parotta etc.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Helpful and kind, they are the ones who always help you with some or other things. You can ask anything from them and they are there for your rescue. They don't generally push you for good, but just help you with whatever you need. Supportive and a mother-like figure- these are the best ones. They are those who not only help you in all the situations but also support you, guide you and push you to do better.

Admission :

I searched on google about the college in Dehradun and JBIT was one of them. Admissions officers review and make decisions on hundreds, sometimes thousands, of applications in a short period of time. They are under enormous pressure to assess the applicant pool in order to produce the best class and the best campus community possible.

Faculty :

The faculty of JBIT College are distinguished scholars and scientists, renown for shaping and defining entire fields of study. The faculty are also infused with a strong sense of pride in their teaching and a profound commitment that their work as educators will have a dramatic impact in defending the fundamental values and the style of intellectual life that defines the University.

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent for CSE branch. But for other baranches very few companies visit on campus. Also for other branches your Cgpa should be good to be eligible for companies.If you have interest in your core branch(other than CSE) than it is better to preparing for Gate in early stage(like start preparing from 2nd year).

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is mainly dependent of the latest technologies used in the real world. Entore curriculum is very comprehensive and direct on the point. The curriculum prepares the students for the real world applications and set fit in the industry. The course curriculum is made so that the students can pursue the course with ease. The exams happens twice in a semester as mid-semester and end-semester exam. It is moderate to little high level of exam. The curriculum focuses on practical learning more than the theoritical concepts.
