Remarks :
No comments, as I have nothing to say. I've already write everything above and that is sufficient to understand what we or I should say I felt in my college life. So I think there is nothing else I need to explain.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Everything is great in first year however priority changes once we enter in our second year. Our college followed the path of our education system. Everyone is making robots there. We need to study hard and memorize everything in order to get better marks. Practical knowledge is not sufficient to understand the process. But it's not fault of our college they are just following the path of our education system where merit matter more than knowledge.
Placement Experience :
Lol, it's something which we don't even need to answer. There is no job opportunity until and unless HR of the company gets what they ask from our college. No one is offering a job until you pay them or you have someone in that organization working on a good position. It sucks man.
College Events :
List is long because we have celebrated every festival, even ganpati visarjan. Hostlers were the ones who used to do most of the work like decoration and other things. And I know everyone loved it. Events are not menat to be only cultural event or game event, events are something which brings everyone together and that is what our festivals are for.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It's really expensive and for a middle class person it is hard to pay around 40k for a semester and around 2k exam fee. And after that they have to spend money to live. Most of students are from different states and it is hard for a middle class family to maintain everything.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is no scholarship or loan facility offered by our college. But there was a scholarship program from state government for students of sc/st caste and that program helped many middle class and poor people. And our college helped every sc/st student so that they can get their scholarship on time. And the person who was handling and helping students through the scholarship program was most gentle and helpful. If I'm right then his name was bhagwan singh.
Campus Life :
Labs are good but equipments are old and not sufficient for every student. We used to devide in group of 5-7 students and then we had to perform one practical together. There used to be an annual event in which there were many competition including sports. First week used to be sports week and second week used to be event week where photography, face painting, dance puzzle, fashion show used to happen.
Hostel Facilities :
Infrastructure is good, service is good however food is not so good. Rooms are clean and they have provided us box beds cooler fan tube light study table and chairs and almirah with lane wire facility. But washrooms are common and are not so clean.
Alumni/Alumna :
Lol, no. They charged us 2k for alumni meet and we never got any chance or a call from our college. We never got a single change to meet anyone as we never got informed. It is shameful that our college took 2k from our security money for alumni but never called anyone except those who were close to management or who are working on a good position in a MNC.
Admission :
We saw ad of college in news paper. We had a conversation about admission process and then we went to college and filled admission form. And they took donation from us to give us admission. I filled the form and paid fees of first semester and submitted my documents.
Faculty :
Oh man, one and only thing which this college gave me is my faculty (specifically of my branch which is mechanical). Everyone is super supportive. If you need help just ask them and they will help you with everything. I really admire and respect my faculties. They thought us about syllabus as well as about life. They were there to help us every time, to clear our doubts in study and in life. They were there to have fun with us.
