Remarks :

Christ college provides a better education. It is the best suited college for the students who looks forward for a good career growth. The college gives a learning environment and the library facilites are open to the students anytime.

Course Curriculum Overview :

In my opinion curriculum was as per the present day requirement. Noone can depend only on the final exams for the course completion. The marks from the mid exams along with other continuation evaluation elements are added up with the final exam marks.

Placement Experience :

Many companies have arrived the college for recruiting. Also, companies show an interest when they know that one is from Christ. I have experienced this when I attended interviews. The college doesn't provide internship as per my knowledge, but help students to get through internship provided by other companies.

College Events :

College has a lot of Events and Celebrations. No one will tell that college is not celebrating any of the indian festivals and events. Every department has their own events and programmes to encourage the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is feasible, but little expensive. If one is very interested in joining Christ and if they have a good academic performance, College provides a reduction in the fees depending on the income of the students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There were scholarships and loan facility. But I was not aware of it during my studies. After I completed my studies I heard about it from my seniors as well as juniors. I was not interested as am not eligible for it.

Campus Life :

There were a lot of extra curricular activities in the college. They were good to make the students engaged in the activities they are interested.The lab facilities in the college were also very good as per my opinion.

Hostel Facilities :

I did not opted for the hostel. I had stayed in a hostel outside college. As per my opinion college hostel is good with all the required infrastructures to provide a good studying environment for the students.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni association is very active and is effectively helping students as well as alumni for their betterment. All the activities are been informed to everyone through the mail. There are helpful to the stidents as well as the alumni.

Admission :

An online application have to submitted for the required course. After submitting application online, attended admission process after I got my interview schedule from the college. admission process was a long procedure for me.

Faculty :

Highly qualified Faculties to enlighten the students. They are updated with the modern technologies which the students of this generation is needed. They are trying maximum to clear all the doubts of their students.

Pros and Cons of Jain University School of Sciences

Course Curriculum Overview:

The practicals were not well taught or prioritised. it is very important for us to learn and train in Psychometry but it wasn't seen to that that every student is aware of the psychological tools. Curriculum could be more vast and the students can be made to choose their specialisations based on their merits and strengths rather than a matter of choice alone

Placement Experience:

Placements are doen after semester two. Eli Lilly,Novartis,Strands Life Sciences hire candidates. Highest packages are 10 LPA above offered by TCS. I plan to take the placements as well. Almost 95% of the people are placed. The details are put up on the IBAB website

I chose this course because it particularly focuses on the clinical side of Psychology and I was always keen on learning about psychopathology. Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course because I had an AIM for that as my career. I wanted it to be my passion, source of income, etc. The faculty were all more than 5 years of experience and in my batch, 70 students were there. The best about the teaching is that they are so smoothly with the syllabus. The term tests were conducted based on the completion of 3 - 4 chapters. The level of difficulty was moderate also they used to guide where we had done a mistake. And overall teaching is good.
