Course Curriculum Overview
The course designed for the diploma program is different in hotel management as we were given to demonstrate ours kills during the commencement of our program. Apart from this the college also has a kitchen where we were given full authority to cook and practice.
Placement Experience
Talking about the internship and placement area, the best thing about this college was the workshops and hands-on activities provided by the college to increase our culinary skills. Many 5 star hotels and resorts were allocated to us for the internship purpose.
College Events
This is the coolest academy of culinary art where I enjoyed studying and helped me to increase my professional capabilities and also the academy gave me some good memories moreover, I got to make ample amount of friends and came across many new things in this parameter.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was interesting and feasible according to the course and the facilities provided to each of the students. My course structure included hotel management so the estimated cost I paid was Rs 1,25000/-.
Campus Life
Overall I enjoyed every day of my diploma year, learned new things about the kitchens and food and also recipes. In the end, my experience here was amazing, from lovely classmates to understanding faculty everything was good.
Admission
Admission criteria are quite easy as for each course like in my diploma course I was just asked to fill the online application form and submit my documents of class 12th.
Faculty
The professors and the guest chefs who demonstrate their interest areas and shared their overall experience as academicians were amazing and each one of them was good enough to inculcate professionalism in us.
