Life at RV College of Engineering is good. It offers decent academics, facilities, and excellent placement. The recent highlights of RV College of Engineering placements show the median CTC to be around INR 8.93 LPA.

The institute has strict rules in place regarding attendance and class timing. Classes start at 9 am sharp. There are many technical clubs and an entrepreneurship cell on campus. If you are a non-vegetarian, you may find it difficult to adjust at first on campus.

Students from all over India take admission, so the cultural background is quite good here. The college campus is ragging free and there are few restrictions that students need to follow. RVCE offers a lot of clubs, technical teams that students can be a part of. RVCE sports body is considered the best under VTU. Students can engage in sports like Basketball, Football, Cricket, Table Tennis, Judo, etc.

The placement record of RVCE is quite impressive. The placement drive for 2020 is still under process and the total number of offers made till now is 1274. The average CTCoffered in this year’s placement drive was 8.63 LPA.

The college’s curriculum is strict and there is also a strict 75% attendance rule that students need to follow.
