I think you should go for ECE at IIT Bhubaneswar than IIITH ECE.

IIT Bhubaneswar curriculums are at par with industry standards.
It is known for its strong focus on academics and research work, you will find professors to help you throughout your course duration.
There are both BTech and MTech programs in ECE.
The course fee for BTech in ECE is approximately 10 Lakhs.
In 2023, the highest package in IIT Bhubaneswar for the B.tech in the CSE department was INR 44.62 LPA.
The average package stood at INR 22.85 LPA. Around 90% of students who opt for placements get placed at top companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, etc.

If you have a genuine passion for the ECE branch, trust me nothing will serve you better than IIIT Hyderabad. But if you are on the lookout for a happening campus life with average academics then IIT Bhubaneswar is better for you. All you need to do is analyze your personal preferences.

Placements-wise too IIT Hyderabad has an upper hand. IIIT Hyderabad ECE average package is INR 29 LPA while IIT Bhubaneswar ECE average package is INR 21.2 LPA.

By joining IIIT Hyderabad you will be compromising only on the campus life in exchange for the best academics and placements. Now make a wise decision!
