One of my friends studied at BITS Pilani. He has shared the details about the fees which will help you with your question.

The Admission fee is INR 38,000.
The initial caution deposit is about INR 3,000
The tuition fee per semester is about INR 1.36 Lakhs.
Several other accommodations, including Hostel, Mess and Electricity, can cost about INR 40,000.
The total fee worth: 38 +3 + (1.36*8) + (40*8) = 16 Lakhs (Total cost as per the equation)
