How to Complete Fee Payment and Reporting?

Allotted candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee online. The payment link is available on the WBJEEB counselling portal. Accepted modes include net banking, debit card, credit card, and UPI.

The exact fee amount is displayed on the payment page. Candidates should save the receipt after a successful transaction. This receipt is required at the reporting desk.

After payment, candidates must reach the allotted college in person. They must carry the allotment letter and all original certificates. Reporting must be completed by 5 PM on September 17, 2026.

Documents Required at Reporting

  • JEPBN 2026 admit card and rank card
  • Round 1 seat allotment letter and fee payment receipt
  • Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
  • General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma certificate
  • Nursing council registration certificate
  • Domicile certificate of West Bengal
  • Caste or category certificate if applicable
  • Valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar
  • Two recent passport size photographs

What to Expect at the College Desk?

College officials will match each certificate against the online data. Any mismatch can lead to cancellation of the allotted seat. Candidates should reach the campus with buffer time in hand.

What Happens If a Candidate Misses the Deadline?

Failure to pay the fee or report on time cancels the seat. The candidate also loses the chance to join later rounds. WBJEEB has flagged this rule in its counselling schedule.

Upgradation Choice for Round 2

Candidates who accept a Round 1 seat can opt for upgradation. They must select this choice while confirming the current allotment. Round 2 will then consider them for a higher preference.

How Is the Seat Allotment Prepared?

WBJEEB uses the JEPBN 2026 rank and preference list for allotment. Reservation rules of the West Bengal government apply at every step. The system scans each preferred choice in rank order. The first available choice becomes the final allotment.

Why This Matters

JEPBN is West Bengal's dedicated entrance test for Post Basic BSc Nursing. A missed Round 1 deadline can push candidates out of counselling entirely.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Log in at wbjeeb.nic.in and download the allotment letter.
  2. Pay the seat acceptance fee online through the counselling portal.
  3. Arrange all original certificates and self-attested photocopies.
  4. Decide on the upgradation option before confirming the seat.
  5. Reach the allotted college well before 5 PM on September 17.
Keep an Eye On

WBJEEB will soon publish the Round 2 seat matrix and schedule. Check wbjeeb.nic.in daily for the mop-up round dates.
