The refund policy for undergraduate programs adheres to UGC norms, ensuring fair reimbursement for students withdrawing admissions. With a streamlined process, refunds are processed within 15 days of submission.

Universal Ai University provides single (AC, limited availability) and dual-sharing (AC) rooms with ensuite washrooms. Each unit includes a common living and dining area with a kitchenette. The accommodation package covers:

Single-sharing apartments (for 4 residents) are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and dressing tables for added convenience.

Meals

Refund Policy for Undergraduate Programs

If a student decides to withdraw their admission, the refund will be processed as per UGC guidelines. The last date of admission is 30th August. The refund structure is as follows:

Key Points to Remember

The security deposit and caution money are fully refundable as they are not part of the fee structure.
Withdrawal or refund requests must be emailed to admissions@universalai.in with the subject: "REFUND Request - Universal Ai University Application Form Number."
Upon withdrawal, students will receive a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to be submitted with their request.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the official written withdrawal request.
Verbal or telephonic requests for refunds will not be entertained.
