SPPU Launches Diploma and Certificate Courses in Foreign Languages

New Delhi: Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Department of Foreign Languages has introduced Foreign Language Diploma and Certificate Courses in French, German, Spanish, and Japanese language for interested students.

The newly launched SPPU courses include an intensive certificate course in French, German, Spanish, and Japanese language and Intensive Diploma Courses in German and French language. Candidates who have already done a Certificate or Intensive Certificate Courses in German and French are eligible to apply for admission to Intensive Diploma Courses.

The last date to apply for the Intensive Certificate Course is December 05, 2023. The application deadline for the Intensive Diploma course in German and France is January 15, 2024.

SPPU Foreign Language Diploma and Certificate Courses 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Intensive Certificate Course	150	HSC XII std or Equivalent( SSC + 3 years Diploma)
Intensive Diploma Course in German	100	HSC with German as subject and minimum 70% in German or 180 hours classroom learning of German from any recognized university affiliated from SPPU and exam passed with minimum 70%
Intensive Diploma Course in French	50	Certificate course in French from SPPU and Intensive Certificate Course in French from SPPU

Step 1: Visit the official website at campus.unipune.ac.in/CCEP/Login.aspx.

Step 2: Register by entering a username and password.

Step 3: Click on “Application”.

Step 4: From the dropdown menu, select Certificate/ Diploma courses.

Step 5: Select the desired course and fill the form.

Step 6: Pay the application fees.

Step 7: After payment, take a printout of the form for future reference.
