New Delhi: SPJIMR has inaugurated batch 93 of the Post Graduate Executive Management Program (PGEMP) on September 4, 2023. The average work experience of participants of PGEMP Batch 93 is 14 years.
As per SPJIMR, the PGEMP includes participants from organisations such as Schneider Electric, Indian Army, GMM Pfaudler, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Larsen & Toubro, India Medtronic Pvt. Ltd., Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd., Cummins India Ltd., and Sahajanand Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The PGEMP is recognized for addressing the industry's requirement to develop managerial competencies and create the best leadership pipeline for the organization.
The event's chief guest, Mr. Himanshu Kapila, HR Director of India Medtronic inspired the participants to focus on the elevated learning experience. He shared his guiding principle: ' Let your learning drive your grades and not your grades drive your learning.’
Prof. Preeta George, Associate Dean, Executive Education, stated the philosophy of ‘Ubuntu’ and motivated the participants to communicate with each other and learn from their vast experiences to bring out their best abilities.
On this occasion, Prof. Anshul Verma, Chairperson of PGEMP encouraged the participants to stay motivated and master whatever they do, be credible, and collaborate responsibly to expand, excel, and elevate their limits.
Post Graduate Executive Management Program (PGEMP) is a 21-month modular program that enables middle and senior management executives to transition into leadership roles. It assists high-potential professionals having more than five years of work experience to pursue formal management education without taking a career break.
