For the admission procedure to be completed successfully, documents such as an academic certificate, proof of age, and evidence of identity must be submitted.

The Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences has announced the document verification schedule for its various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. From March 3, 2025 to April 4, 2025, eligible candidates will be invited for document verification at their respective colleges. College-specific schedules are provided here.

Candidates who are eligible to enroll in the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs may refer to the table below for the document verification schedule.

RGUHS UG and PG Program Documents Required

Candidates must present the following documents in original format and self-attested format at the time of admission:

Mark cards: All marks from your UG and PG examinations.
Registration Certificates: State Medical/Dental Council registration certificate
Degree Certificates: Provisional or degree certificates
Internship completion certificate: If applicable.
No objection certificate: If applicable.
Migration Certificate: If applicable.
Caste and category certificates: If applicable.
Rank cards: If applicable.
Fee-paid receipts: Complete the fee-paid receipts.

Nonsubmission of any relevant documents/originals, as well as nonpayment of fees / partial fees, will result in the rejection of Admission approval, and the Principals will be completely responsible for any resulting consequences.
