NTA to Fully Resume its Helpdesk Services


In a public notice released on September 03, 2020, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has made its helpdesk services fully operational.

As a precautionary measure against COVID-19 and the National Lockdown that was put into force on March 24, 2020, NTA was operating its Helpdesk with limited resources.

However, now, NTA announced that its Helpdesk services will be fully operational. Students can contact on the following numbers for queries and concerns:

  • Phone: 0120-6895200
  • Mobile (s): 8287471852, 8178359845, 9650173668, 9599676953, 8882356803

These numbers, however, will be operational only for the duration of the examinations.

NTA also confirmed that the QRS System on the website is also fully functional on the respective websites.

Students and parents are advised to visit the respective exam websites and nata.ac.in for all the recent updates.
