Madurai Kamaraj University has opened applications for postgraduate programs such as M.Sc, MBA, M.P.Ed, and others for the academic year 2025. Candidates having a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline can apply for the chosen programs until April 3, 2025. Candidates may require to appear for entrance examination to secure admission.

MK University PG Programs Documents Required

When applying for admission to Madurai Kamaraj University's Postgraduate programs, candidates must present the following documents:

• SSLC, H.Sc. [12th], Mark Statement UG. Consolidated Statement of Marks/Grade Certificate with Provisional Certificate.
• Transfer Certificate
• Certificates of conduct and community service from the head of the institution where you last studied.
• SC/ST applicants must provide an income certificate received within 3 months prior to application submission.
• If you were chosen for a particular category, you will receive the appropriate certificate.

For the PG Programme (Entrance-based), candidates are selected based on 50% weightage marks in the Madurai Kamaraj University Entrance Examination and 50% weightage marks on UG marks up to the fifth semester. The selection process for the Biotechnology Programme is entirely dependent on the results of the entrance examination.
