Mewar University has signed a MoU with Seekho, an edtech firm with the aim to provide training to students in MBA, BBA and B.Com Courses
New Delhi: Mewar University has signed an agreement with Seekho, an edtech firm, for providing training to students in BBA, B.Com and MBA Courses.
Director of the Mewar University’s placement cell Harish Gurnani said the agreement will open new avenues for students pursuing MBA, BBA, and BCom programmes. Seekho will provide training in the fields of supply chain and logistics to students. The students will be trained in training to students in supply chain management, logistics, retail, manufacturing and automotive sectors.
The first batch comprising of 30 students, pursuing BBA and BCom courses, will be sent to the company for training on August 1, 2023.

Experts from companies such as Gati, Safe Express, Fedex, Agarwal Packers and Movers, and others will train students in logistics, supply chain management, retail, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.
For practical knowledge enhancement, the students will also visit institutes promoted by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, such as the Indo-German Tool Room, the Indo-Danish Tool Room, the Central Tool Room, the Advanced Training Institute, and others.

Chairman of Mewar University Ashok Kumar Gadiya said, “The university has established connections with more than 300 companies located in Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and other states of the country. The students visit these companies for internships and a significant number of students get placements in these firms."
