The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Government of Maharashtra, has released the MAH AYUSH Undergraduate (UG) Round 3 Final Merit List 2026 for Group B courses on the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org. The list applies to admissions in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) courses across Maharashtra.
The final merit list was published on October 24, 2026. It follows the grievance window held on October 21 and 22 for the provisional list. Candidates can now view their revised All India Rank, roll number, category, and candidature type.
The seat matrix for Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 3 has also been published on the same date. Candidates must now fill online preference forms before the window shuts.

Who Is Covered Under Group B?
Group B of the Maharashtra NEET UG counselling covers all AYUSH streams. The three professional courses included are BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS. Admissions are granted in government, government-aided, and private unaided colleges within the state.
Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2026 and completed the state CAP registration. The final merit list also carries a separate roster of 137 candidates marked as not qualified for Group B.

- Open the NEET UG 2026 Group B admission section on the homepage.
- Click on the Round 3 Final Merit List PDF link.

How to Fill Preferences for Round 3?
Preference filling is the most critical step for seat allotment. Candidates must log in with their CAP application credentials. Choices should be arranged in strict order of priority across colleges and courses.
The system allows editing until the window closes on October 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Only confirmed preferences will be considered for the CAP Round 3 allotment. No late submissions are allowed after the deadline.
Round 3 is the last state-level CAP for Group B seats. Vacant seats after this round move to institutional-level rounds. Candidates targeting government BAMS or BHMS seats must act in this window.
