Madurai Kamaraj University has announced the admission timeline for form submissions, with the final date on April 3, 2025. Candidates will receive the entrance test date through email at a later date. Applications are now accepted for various postgraduate programs, such as MA, MSc, MBA, MCA, M.Com, etc.

Scanned passport-size photograph and signature
SSLC & HSC mark sheets for PG applicants
UG consolidated mark sheet or all five-semester mark sheets (if UG is ongoing)
Community Certificate (for non-OC applicants)
Special Category Certificate (if applicable)
SC/ST & Christian Adi Dravidar candidates are exempt from the registration fee for one program.
Additional applications require payment.
Non-Entrance PG Programs: INR 300 per program
Entrance-Based PG Programs: INR 800
SSLC, HSC, UG/PG mark sheets & certificates
Community Certificate (issued by Tahsildar/Deputy Tahsildar)
Income Certificate (SC/ST candidates, issued within 3 months)
Disability, Sports, Ex-Servicemen/NCC Certificates (if applicable)
Providing false information may lead to rejection or punitive action.

Madurai Kamaraj University PG Selection Procedure 2025

For PG (Entrance-Based) programs, the selection is based on 50% weightage from the entrance exam conducted by Madurai Kamaraj University and 50% from UG marks up to the 5th semester. However, for the Biotechnology program, selection is entirely based on entrance exam scores.
For PG (Non-Entrance) programs, the selection is determined by UG marks up to the 5th semester or 2nd year, even if the candidate has already completed their degree.
For the MBA (Residential Program), the selection includes an entrance exam followed by an interview and group discussion.
For the M.P.Ed. program, candidates must appear for an entrance exam, practical test, and viva voce. They should report in sports attire with necessary personal sports equipment like hockey sticks or racquets.
For Integrated, Certificate, Diploma, and PG Diploma programs, there is no entrance exam, and selection is based on marks obtained in the relevant course or subjects.
