The filled application form for the Ph.D. Entrance Exam 2024.
Admit card for the entrance exam.
Copy of the scorecard (if applicable) of JRF/NET (along with UGC/CSIR proof).
Aadhaar card.
Marksheet of Class 10th.
Marksheet of the undergraduate final year.
Marksheet of the postgraduate final year.
Proof of domicile (Mandatory for candidates from Madhya Pradesh).
Caste certificate/disability certificate/economic weakness certificate (if applicable).
Research proposal/research plan.
Letter of consent from the supervisor
NOC (For working candidates)
