IILM PhD Admission 2025

IILM University is now accepting applications for its PhD program for the 2025 academic year. The candidates applying for the fellowship will get INR 35,000 per month. The preference will be given to candidates holding a UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Candidates must fill out the application form available on the IILM University website.

Candidates applying for admission to a PhD program at IILM University can go through the following table to know about the admission schedule:

Applicants are required to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) and a Research Proposal (RP), following the university’s prescribed template. The quality of the SOP and RP will be evaluated, and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with a panel of area experts.

IILM University PhD Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates applying for admission to the PhD program must complete the following eligibility criteria:

  • Master’s degree: 1-year (post-4-year UG) or 2-year (post-3-year UG) with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree with research requires at least 75% marks or equivalent grade.
  • M.Phil. completion with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • Foreign qualifications must be accredited by recognized agencies.
  • Final-year Master’s or Bachelor’s students can apply provisionally.
  • Preference is given to UGC JRF holders.

Note: Candidates must meet one of the above-mentioned criteria. There will be 5% relaxations for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer), EWS, and differently-abled candidates.
