All eligible applicants from Level II wishing to be admitted are requested to appear on the ICT Mumbai’s Microsoft Teams Online Counselling and Admission Round on Thursday, 12 November 2020 as per the schedule set out below. The online counselling and admission round will be held for the following courses.

Candidates (including fresh applications received between 3rd Nov 2020 and 7th Nov 2020 and eligible applications in Rounds I and II) are requested to join the online counselling round.

Candidates who have been admitted to ICT and who are willing to change branch are also eligible to participate in this round.

Counselling and Admission Round III on Thursday, 12 November 2020 (8.00 AM) In case of cancellation after 5 November 2020 the final vacancy will be updated at the time of the online counselling round. All candidates are requested to participate in this online counselling round.

Candidates are informed to bring following original documents at the time of opening of the institute. Admission will be confirmed after verifying all the original
documents and eligibility criteria. If not found suitable, the candidate's admission will be cancelled.

• Bachelors Sem. I to Sem. VIII Marksheets
• Bachelors Provisional/Passing Certificate or Degree Certificate
• Transfer/Leaving Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• GATE/GPAT scorecard
• Reserve category documents

Total fees payable either by NET Banking or NEFT for all Categories (Open and All Reserved Category*) is INR 70,750 per annum (Bank accounts details given below)

Payment of full academic fees at the time of admission of INR 70,750

Payment of half academic fees at the time of admission of INR 35,375

• Payment of full academic fees for M.Sc. (By Paper) in Engineering Mathematics at the time of admission of INR 52,500
• Payment of half academic fees for M.Sc. (By Paper) in Engineering Mathematics at the time of admission of INR 26,250
• Payment of full academic fees for M.Sc. (By Paper) in Chemistry, Textile Chemistry and Physics at the time of admission of INR 55,750
• Payment of half academic fees for M.Sc. (By Paper) in Chemistry, Textile Chemistry and Physics at the time of admission of INR 27,875

Candidates who pay half of the fees at the time of admission are requested to pay the remaining fee on or before 31 January 2021. In this regard, a separate notice shall be issued. An undertaking must be made available to the academic section at the time of admission if the candidate chooses to pay half or full fee. Academic Section shall provide the names of candidates to the FInance Department for the reconciliation of fees paid.
