Assam University shifted its last application date from November 19th to December 6th. Interested candidates can apply by paying the application fee of INR 1000 for the General Category.
Assam University PhD Program's last application date which was November 19th, 2024 was revised to December 6th. How To Register For the Assam University PhD Program?
The online application process for the Assam PhD Program is mentioned below:
- Go to the official Assam University website at @ausexamination.ac.in.
- Select between the CBCS and NEP categories.
- Visit the applicant's login page.
- Put in your password and application number. (which is made at the moment of intake).
- Click the yellow "REGISTRATION PAYMENT" button.
- An application form will show up; carefully review your information, make any necessary changes, and then click the REGISTER BUTTON. The password used here is the same one that was created for new students upon acceptance. Existing students (those who were admitted to any AUS course on or after 2018 and already have an AUS registration number) should enter their old STUDENT LOGIN password.
- Verify all the information on the form that appears; if there are any inconsistencies, please get in touch with the relevant department or college before submitting it.
- Click the FINAL SUBMIT button once everything has been verified to be in order. The option to pay will show up; finish the Payment Procedure (only for new applicants). There will be no registration fees for current candidates.
Assam University Silchar Selection Criteria
The selection criteria for the candidate to be eligible for the PhD program are mentioned below:
- The primary preference will be given to the NET-qualified students
- Students not qualified for NET will be admitted on the basis of the entrance test (RET and Personal Interview) on the above-mentioned dates.
The application fee is non-refundable. Candidates will have to submit documents including ID verification, Address proof, etc at the time of admission if selected.
