Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has released the CA results for May 2025 on July 6, 2025. Along with the result, the CA Pass Percentage for Foundation, Inter, and Final May 2025 exam is also available the official website – icai.org. The pass percentage is generally low to high competition and high difficulty level of the exam.

For May 2025, the overall pass percentage in CA Foundation exam is 15.09% with 16.26% for male and 13.08% for female candidates.
For the CA Intermediate May 2025 exam, the pass percentage was 14.67% for Group 1 and 21.51% for Group 2. The pass percentage was 13.22% for candidates who appeared in both groups.
The CA Final Pass Percentage May 2025 is 18.75% for candidates appearing in both groups. Separately, the pass percentage for Group 1 was 22.38% and 26.43% for Group 2.
ICAI CA Pass Percentage for May 2025
For the May session, a total of 14,247 candidates have qualified for CA 2025. The passing marks is 40 percent in each paper and a aggregate of 50 marks. Check the CA Pass Percentage for Foundation, Intermediate, and Final for May 2025 below:
