DME Tamil Nadu MSc (Nursing) Admission 2022 Open; Apply till October 12

New Delhi: Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu has released the prospectus for admission to its full-time MSc Nursing Program for the academic session 2022-23. Interested candidates can now apply for admission till October 12, 2022. 

Candidates who wish to apply for admission to the MSc in Nursing in Government Medical College or Government seats in a self-financing Paramedical Institution affiliated with Dr MGR Medical University can now apply through the official website at tnhealth.tn.gov.in.

To apply for MSc (Nursing) Admissions 2022, candidates must have a BSc in Nursing or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 55% marks to be considered for admission seats. A 5% relaxation is offered to SC/ ST/ SCA candidates.

For the selection of applicants, the admission authority will create a standard merit list using a score of 100, of which 90 will be academic and 10 will be experience-related. Check the key highlights, important dates and direct link to apply for admissions in this article below!

Following the schedule released for DME Tamil Nadu Admission 2022, the last date to apply for the admission process for all candidates is October 12, 2022, while the last date to submit the hard copy to the admission cell is October 13, 2022.

Applicants must note that applications submitted with false or misleading information or applications submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be considered. Candidates are advised to read the detailed notification with care before applying for admissions.

• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualifications to apply for admissions. 
• A minimum of 55% score in the relevant field is required.

• The selection of applicants will be based on the merit list prepared by the university.
• The application fee for admission is INR 1200/-. Applications submitted without the required fee will not be accepted.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu at tnmedicalselection.net.

Step 2: Click on the admission link and click on the MSc Nursing Admission 2022 application form from the website. 

Step 3: Register and fill out the required details per the application form and the application fee.

Step 4: Submit the application form on or before October 12, 2022, by 5 PM to complete the DME Tamil Nadu MSc(Nursing) Admission 2022 application process.
