DAVV MTech 2023 Counselling on August 01; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Devi Ahilya University (DAVV) has initiated the DAVV MTech 2023 Counselling Process for the academic session 2023-24, starting from August 01, 2023. 

The School of Computer Science & IT, DAVV, has initiated MTech Counselling for various MTech specializations like Computer Science, Network Management & Information Security, and Information Architecture & Software Engineering. Similarly, the School of Data Science & Forecasting will conduct the DAVV MTech Counselling for MTech in Data Science and Big Data Analytics.

The DAVV MTech Counselling will be conducted for MTech Admissions at various DAVV Affiliated Colleges.

Documents Required for DAVV MTech Admission 2023 Counseling

Candidates appearing for the DAVV MTech Admission 2023 Counseling must bring the following documents (Original for verification + 2 sets of Photocopy) for the purpose of verification.

• Copy of application form submitted to MP-ONLINE. 
• 2 Passport size recent photographs 
• Valid ID Proof (Aadhar/Passport/driving license/Voter Id): Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies.
• Mark Sheet of qualifying examination: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies.
• Mark Sheet of 12th: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies.
• Mark Sheet of 10th: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies. If applicable; 
• Migration Certificate: Original + 2 self-attested photocopies.If applicable;
•  M.P. Domicile Certificate: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies.If applicable; 
• Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidate: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies. If applicable; 
• Income Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidate: 
• Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies
•  J.K. Migrant / J.K. Resident Certificate: Original for verification + 2 self-attested photocopies.
• Affidavits for Gap in studies (if applicable): Original + 2 self-attested photocopies.

Candidates are required to carry all the mentioned original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies during the DAVV MTech Admission 2023 Counseling. The original documents will be returned immediately after verification, except for the original TC and Migration, which will be retained after provisional admission.

For any doubts regarding eligibility and fees, candidates can refer to the brochure available on the DAVV website @www.dauniv.ac.in. The reservation policy will be in accordance with the directives of the Government of Madhya Pradesh/University.

Upon provisional admission, candidates must deposit a partial fee of INR 10,000/-. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of candidature, and the seat will be offered to candidates on the waiting list.
