CLAT 2026 registration is expected to start anytime soon. The application form will be available online, on the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in. All exam-related information will be released on the CLAT 2026 notification.
- CLAT 2026 registration last date is expected to be in October 2025. The application is open for three months approximately.
- CLAT 2026 registration fee is Rs 4000, with Rs 500 concession for reserved categories.
Based on previous trends, CLAT 2026 exam date will be on the first Sunday of December 2025, tentatively on December 7th 2025. The exam timing is from 2 PM to 4 PM (with 40 mins extra for PwD candidates).

Consortium of National Law Universities conducts the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2026) tentatively in December 2025. CLAT is one of the top law entrance examinations in India, offering admission to 24 National Law Universities (NLUs) across the country.

The documents required for CLAT 2026 UG Candidates are:
- Class 12 Mark Sheet/Certificate: Proof of having passed or attended 10+2 examination.
- Proof of Date of Birth: Any identified photograph to Support photo ID: Aadhaar card or Voter ID or PAN card or Any other photo ID (College ID/Class 10 mark sheet etc.) to support photo ID and date of birth.
- Passport-size Photograph: A colored passport-sized photograph taken not more than 6 months from the time of application.
- Signature: The scanned copy of the candidate’s signature Basically, the candidate’s signature scanned copy.
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable): Certificate for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD category, for applying under respective categories.
- Domicile Certificate (if applicable): If a candidate is demanding domicile-based benefits for state-specific quotas.
