Mr. Tushar Arya is the CEO of Ishan Educational Institutions. He did B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University and MBA from Manchester University, England. He also did M.Com and LLB. He has around 12 years of working experience in the education industry and has worked in over 10 countries including the USA, the UK, and Europe on various consulting projects. 

You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

In today's interconnected world, education transcends geographical boundaries. Being a part of the education sector provides an opportunity to contribute to the global knowledge pool and prepare students to thrive in an international context. Having taken my education from 6 institutions in 3 different countries, and worked with people from over 30 countries, I understand how important it is to be a global citizen for the upcoming generation. Contributing to this positive impact on society has been a driving force in my commitment to the education sector. As the CEO of Ishan Educational Institutions, my role is not just administrative; it's about creating an environment where students can thrive academically, professionally, and personally. Witnessing students graduate and excel in their chosen fields is a source of immense satisfaction, knowing that I have contributed to their success journey. I am driven by the challenge of enhancing the quality of education, introducing modern teaching techniques, and fostering a culture of innovation within our institutions. Education is a continuous process, and I believe that every day presents an opportunity to learn and grow. The dynamic nature of the education sector keeps me engaged and motivated, as there are always new teaching methodologies, technologies, and research findings that can be integrated into our institutions to enhance the learning experience for students. What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

My philosophy of leadership is centered around a combination of principles that I believe create an effective and inspiring environment within educational institutions. Learning by doing, leading by example, addressing problems head-on, and drawing inspiration from Steve Jobs' philosophies are all integral components of my leadership approach. I firmly believe in the value of experiential learning. Students learn best when they are actively engaged and can apply theoretical concepts to real-world situations. As a leader, I encourage a hands-on approach to education, which fosters critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and practical knowledge acquisition. By setting a high standard of commitment, work ethic, and dedication, I aim to inspire my team, faculty members, and students to give their best and strive for excellence. I am motivated by the idea of making a lasting impact. Just as Steve Jobs aimed to revolutionize industries, I aspire to transform education by creating an environment that nurtures creativity, empowers students, and prepares them for the challenges of the future. I believe in fostering a culture where individuals feel empowered to express their ideas, take calculated risks, and contribute meaningfully to the institution's growth.
