“Teaching is my passion and purpose”

The key factors that keep me connected with the education sector are my passion, my interest, application of talent and ensuring quality education to each and every student. I like sharing all experiences with the students and making them understand to learn from best practices and offer the same.

How does the curriculum of your department ensure the best practice of industry?

“Practical exposure through various sessions on campus”

We teach the students practically to see the present scenario by using information technology and give education through the smart classrooms, PPTs or projectors too by which they do better learning. We give the best practices to our students in all subjects and arrange many co-curricular activities and educational programs as well. Also, we arrange classes for preparing competitive exams or Eligibility Tests as TET/CTET/TGT and placement drives to get jobs or placements for the students.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the students are?

“Guiding and assisting students with good atmosphere”

I think my role or responsibility is to teach effectively as a teacher and give a better future to the Nation in the form of a student. How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship in your department?

“Embracing each other with positivity and respect”

I establish a healthy relation with the students and staff by embracing positive attitude and beliefs, cultural and linguistic competencies, and understanding the needs and experiences of all the members. We have in-built such a positive relationship that fosters a safe and supportive learning environment. I trust my students and staff and the bond helps establish a beautiful and healthy environment at the department level.

How do you help your student to cope up with the high competition outside?

“Boosting individual growth and confidence”

We make students understand the best use of their potential without looking at others from the first day. We give sufficient time to them, listen to them and make them attentive in the classes and build up their confidence level. By conducting quizzes, debates and group discussions, and giving prizes encourages and improves competitive spirit in students.

What valuable advice would you give to the students to have a prosperous career?

“Positivity and balance is must in one’s life”

Keep a positive attitude, actively seek opportunities and concentrate on your goals. Students must grow their skills or knowledge to find a balance with their personal life and build a strong network as well. You must struggle to achieve your goals and never lose hope in life.

How in your opinion is a college education important to students?

“Getting a wider prospectus towards learning and earning”

Our college helps prepare a student with his intellect and social abilities for his adult life and career, and aids them to be an expert in a particular subject and lifelong learner. Getting a college education helps to gain advanced knowledge and broad range of experience, and gives the ability to exercise critical and abstract thinking. So our college usually assists with employment benefits, higher income and this translates to job satisfaction.
