You held the key positions at the education institutions throughout your personal career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

Being the principle of which I can stop engineering and technology. What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe a leadership style?

The philosophy that stays in the leadership is to coordinate the things, and finally, to reach the goal and fulfill their outcomes. Leadership is teamwork. 


Being the Principal of the institute, how do you strategize about the key problems and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

Strongly, I believe the key factors for the development of our institution and to brand the institution is the quality of education. Firstly, I believe that strongly and secondly, the handsome experience to the students.


Any insights into how we could be more welcoming to the students of different races are the economic backgrounds.

Also, actually, there may be different financial backgrounds of the students who are getting admission in the college. The induction program, which is being designed aa mg to remove such differences and to create the feeling of their colleagues itself.

What do you think your roles and responsibility to the institute and the students are?

As firstly being the principal and the head of the institution. It is my objective that the student after the completion of the course, not only acquire the knowledge and also they should. We get ready to join the industry by acquiring all the industrial skills.


What do you think should be the institute stock priority over the next ten years?

So in the next 10 years, actually, our institution is already accurate with the knack. And also we are very much strongly determined to do research oriented works. Almost all the credentials like narf and autonomous the national board of accreditation to get all such accreditation. 


When you first came to the institute, for your reason, for the uniform, for the college? Has it evolved over time and how far along in implementing that vision? 

Firstly, at the time of my joining, I thought it tough to separate the administration system. Finally, once the administration is strong definitely we can meet whatever the targets set for ourselves.


What would you like people to know about your Institute that they may not know?

Because the atmosphere which is there in the colors is very unique. This is a very eco-friendly institution. And the students always feel in doing this course and we found more interest in the students in doing the courses at our college. 


What do you see as the institute's greatest strengths?

This is a fundamental strength for any educational institution. It reflects the effectiveness of the curriculum, teaching methods, and the overall learning experience provided to students.
