What do you think or how do you ensure the flow of education in your organization?

I ensure that I am well-communicated with the activities in the organization. Regular feedback from the students and the administrative mechanism ensures that the teaching-learning practices are followed at the correct place.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see both for higher education in general & SITAM specifically?

The higher education system is going through an upheaval. The students must equip themselves with the skills needed to take up newer responsibilities and be ready to learn new skills. This applies to all the systems at all levels.

What suggestions would you like to give to upcoming aspiring students?

Discipline, honesty, and hard work are three keys that will open all the doors leading to success. I'd encourage aspiring students to practice these every day because consistency brings perfection and leads to success.

What according to you is SITAM’s top priority in the next 10 yrs?

"The focus is multi-pronged"

For one thing, we need to make our students technocrats through top-class practical training. Achieving functional autonomy to reorient the students in the quickest amount of time is a priority.

Placing 100% of students in the domains of their choice is an important task to be తాళం on top priority.

How do you ensure new updates on education are reached out to the students?

"Workshops are conducted frequently to expose the students to the latest trends"

Workshops are conducted frequently to expose the students to the latest trends. Expert educators, experienced industry experts, and entrepreneurs are invited to the institute to interact with the students and familiarize them with the latest trends. Also, teachers are encouraged to attend conferences, seminars, and symposiums to gain knowledge on the latest trends and in turn, pass it on to the students.

What according to you is the upcoming educational trend?

More and more students are preferring student-centric, self-placed, and industry-relevant education to general, classroom-based education. I think more students will lean towards online flipped classes and problem-solving, practical classes at the institutes
