What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“A long-standing aim to work for the upliftment of students & education field”

Since the beginning, my sole aim was to pursue a career in academics because of my family background in this sector. As a Head of the Department, working towards the goal of developing a better education infrastructure keeps me connected to this domain.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“To lead with compassion and humility”

I believe in being a team player rather than being just a leader for namesake purposes. taking everyone’s opinion into account, be it a faculty member or a student representative. Being a humble leader is what makes people follow and trust you.

Any insights into how your university could be more welcoming to students of different backgrounds?

“Lowest fee structure for those who come from weaker socioeconomic sections”

We cater to a wide spectrum of students from every walk of life, mainly talented students who are incapable of paying fees. They are more than welcome at this college. We provide them with great financial support in academics as well as for hostel and mess services.

“Strong faculty with an exceptional background in academics”

The governing bodies of this college mainly consist of retired IAS and IPS officers. Additionally, the fact that our trustees come from an academic background, we get full support from them to make necessary changes regularly.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Don’t let this difficult time of crisis hinder your academic aspirations”

The message I would like to give our students is to never stop learning due to major or minor inconvenience. Always keep a positive attitude towards your teachers and peers, & also try to adopt the new ways of self-learning & grooming. 

What are some plans that you’re currently designing for your institute?

“Focusing more on the modern infrastructure of online education”

Currently, due to the Covid-19 situation, the usual methods of classroom teaching have gone obsolete. Hence, we have begun organizing online classes and enhancing our digital teaching methods. We are focusing on more technical knowledge. We also do organize webinars and live interaction sessions from time to time.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute?

“Presence of good role models in the campus helps maintain the peace equilibrium”

An exceptionally well-recruited faculty and management team. We have Retired IAS and IPS guiding officers, who give time to time guidance to the students on how to crack civil service exams as well. We also promote a healthy exchange of ideas between different groups of people.
