Ar. Rajendra Kumar is the Director, School of Architecture, Noida International University, Greater Noida. He was recently awarded as "Global Education Influencer 2020" and “Indian Young Achievers Award” in 2009. He has completed his B.Arch and M.Arch from prestigious academic institutions of Architecture studies. graduated from Chandigarh College of Architecture, India and Post graduation from Politecnico Di Milano, Italy. He is a member of the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP), Netherlands, and the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, USA. He delivered lectures on many national and international forums on various issues related to cities, social issues, sustainable environment etc. His interests are environmentally sensitive architecture and sustainable urbanism.

As an academician, I have always been fascinated with the “power of education”. It gives a sense of pride, self-discipline, and the ability to build nations. The role of the academician is very important. With several years of experience in academics, I always try to bring a new dimension and updated knowledge to my students and institutions.
